Who Qualifies

eSite

Your location, eSite, determines whether or not you qualify for the eConference and can register. The OAME eConference 2016 is being offered to groups of teachers for whom the distance to travel to Barrie for the regular OAME 2016 Conference is a significant challenge. The eConference is not available for groups from Hamilton to Kitchener to Owen Sound to Peterborough to Oshawa.

There is a special condition that applies to eSites within the boundaries of MAC2 (SMCDSB, SCDSB and TLDSB).  Schools in these three boards may register for the 1 session option, providing at least 2 teachers from their school have registered as attendees for the full conference.

eCoordinator

Each eSite must have an eCoordinator who is (or becomes) a member of OAME. This person is the contact person with the eConference organizers. The eCoordinator chooses their teams selections and creates a timetable for their team.
