Exhibitors for OAME 2016

Exhibit floor hours
-Thursday May 5, 2016 from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
-Friday May 6, 2016 from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

What is included as an Exhibitor for each booth reserved?
-Corporate name listed in the conference program
-Pipe and drape for the tables in areas M and Alumni Hall
-Skirted table, 2 chairs
-Lunch pass per table per day
-Access to free Wi-Fi

Exhibitor Setup Information 
-Wednesday, May 4 starting at noon
-Each exhibitor will be assigned an arrival time
-Volunteer support may be provided to facilitate set-up

What We Need From You?
Use MCIS to reserve your table and select other ways to promote your business while supporting the conference. For example, you can donate products to our delegate bags or sponsor food trays at the Wine and Cheese Social.
